Contact

We’d love to hear from you. If you have feedback, questions, concerns, ideas, proposals, please get in touch with us by using this form.

If you’d like to be considered as a featured reader for one of our events, submit a PDF copy of a book or 5–10 pages of sample poems to bkp@brooklynpoets.org. Please note that due to the volume of submissions we receive, we cannot respond to each submission. If we think your work would be a good fit for our upcoming programming, we will contact you within three months.

If you are a Brooklyn-based poet who would like to be considered for a Poet of the Week feature, please send a third-person bio and poetry sample to Justin Maki at maki@brooklynpoets.org. Previous residents of Brooklyn who currently live elsewhere are welcome to get in touch. Poets who have never lived in the borough are featured only when reading for one of our events or as one of the winners of our fellowships or awards.

Questions about the Bridge may be answered by our Help page.

If you have a code of conduct issue to report, you can use this form or email Board President Isaac Myers III (myersiii@brooklynpoets.org), Executive Director Jason Koo (koo@brooklynpoets.org) or Deputy Director renée kay (kay@brooklynpoets.org), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
